For four days, local chefs and mixologists are joined by international celebrity chefs to create exciting rum pairings and culinary specialties during this annual extravaganza. The finale is a beach party at the Hilton Resort Barbados.

Head for Bridgetown
You’ll get an up-close perspective of Bajan history in Bridgetown—filled with historical sites and attractions that are well worth a visit. Bridgetown is steeped in rich history and centuries-old British Colonial architecture. It’s home to the Parliament Buildings of Barbados, National Heroes Square, Independence Square as well as historic churches and gardens.
